The Chicago Hustle Collective (CHC) is a high-energy run crew built for runners of all levels. Whether you’re lacing up for your first 5K or pushing for a new personal best, CHC is about showing up, putting in the work, and pushing past limits.

We’re all about:

While Hustle focuses on running and endurance training, The Collective Unified also includes:

Who runs the Chicago Hustle Collective?

The Chicago Hustle Collective is led by Community Leads who organize group runs, training sessions, and brand collaborations to create a strong and welcoming running culture.

What do Community Leads do?

  • Plan and lead group runs – Organizing structured runs for different skill levels.
  • Host training events & social runs – Connecting the community through movement, motivation, and post-run hangouts.
  • Partner with running brands, trainers & races – Bringing exclusive training sessions, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Build a supportive running culture – Ensuring Hustle is a welcoming space for all runners.

What types of runs and events does the Hustle Collective offer?

We keep it fresh with a mix of structured training runs and social runs that build both endurance and community.

Types of Runs & Training Sessions:

  • Community 5Ks – All-pace group runs designed for consistency and connection.
  • Race Prep & Endurance Runs – Training for 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons, and marathons.
  • Speed Work & Track Sessions – Interval-based workouts to build speed, strength, and stamina.
  • Morning Hustles – Sunrise runs followed by coffee or smoothies.
  • Evening Hustles – Post-work decompression runs that end with food, drinks, and good company.
  • Hill Training & Strength Runs – Improve power and endurance with resistance-based running.
  • Social Runs & Theme Events – Fun runs with music, city exploration, and brand collaborations.

Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?

Not at all. The Hustle Collective is for all paces and experience levels. Whether you’re just starting or a seasoned racer, you’ll find support, training, and motivation in this crew.

When and where do group runs take place?

Our main runs take place every other Saturday:

  • Meet & Greet: 8:30 AM
  • Run Starts: 9:00 AM

Additional training sessions, speed workouts, and endurance runs happen throughout the week.

Is the Chicago Hustle Collective free?

We offer a mix of free and ticketed training sessions:

We get it—life happens. If you RSVP and can’t attend, please cancel your spot as soon as possible so others on the waitlist can join.

Yes. We sign up for local races, marathons, and community events throughout the year. We also offer:

  • Race training plans for those preparing for upcoming events.
  • Group registrations for select races to run as a team.
